Imagine if every day was your best day. Wouldn’t that be great? An important first step is finding out what happiness means for you and how you feel when you’re happy. If you don’t know what will make you happy, how can you ever expect it to happen?
Take a moment to think about your perfect day looks like. Don’t just think about it, see yourself there; experience the feeling of happiness.
Exercise: Your Perfect Day
Imagine your perfect day and write it down. Describe not only what you’d do and where you’d be also what you’d be feeling during your best day ever. Think out of the box. Feel it, smell it, taste it, hear it let yourself experience it with all your senses. These questions might serve as inspiration.
- What’s the perfect day of your life like?
- Where would you be?
- Who is with you?
- What are you doing?
- How does it smells, taste, feel, hear the sounds etc…
- Can you feel the smile on your face the joy in your heart?
